Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team or via WhatsApp. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partner, cancellations cannot be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
